By submitting this form you are saying you do understand that any alteration preformed is to be done by a contractor approved by the Landlord, and any permission to perform this alteration is specific to these details and will be considered a permanent alteration.
With all home alterations, it is imperative that you follow all local municipality guidelines, including city codes and any applicable HOA expectations. Our approval is contingent upon such governing authorities conditions, and we have no ability to overrule any such authority.
If your home alterations would require a city permit, we must have a copy of that permit on file.
Any approval granted on this request is not to be considered approval for future requests. All projects must be approved individually by the same process. All home alterations are considered permanent alterations. Therefore, anything installed must remain with the property as a permanent fixture of the home and considered donated to the property. Removal of such property will be considered theft and the cost of such will be deducted from your security deposit.
