Terms:
We do expect growers to use a low to no impact grow technique. This means that unless it is otherwise completely unavoidable, there needs to be no home alterations or damages including holes in the walls or mounting to ceilings. You will be expected to use grow tents or something similar to reduce the impact your indoor grow has on the property. If a home alternation is necessary it MUST be approved in writing and any terms negotiated about the alteration must be complied with. For example, if you need to increase power access or add exhaust, and this requires you to do anything to the house, then you will need permission and to go over your plans with us first. We make this process easy by having a “home alteration request form” on our web site located at the bottom of any site page.
We do understand that sometimes hanging and other alterations are needed to accommodate a safe grow. We are OK with this as long as you go through the process we prescribe and do as little damage or changing of the property as possible. Some properties and property owners allow for more or less flexibility in this. Do not assume anything, or it could be cause for major fines and eviction.
We do perform multiple inspections a year to verify that the house is in its expected condition, and there are no undisclosed residents or lease violations.
If this is unreasonable to you, then you need not apply.
All tenants are expected to understand and obey state and local municipality regulations
